When we worked as archaeologists we would read the CBA Calendar/Newsletter eagerly for the latest news of excavations and jobs. When the Newsletter turned into British Archaeology magazine, under the editorship of Simon Denison who won a much deserved award for his work, we regularly supplied photographs for covers and inside the magazine.
